Research Campaigns

Research campaigns are based on University-National Oceanographic Laboratory System (UNOLS) vessels and an integral part of SATURN. This years campaign highlights include: fine-scale sampling of the plume, dye studies to trace water masses, ETM studies, AUV deployments, and on-board sample processing (microarray studies, DNA & RNA extraction,& bacterial production).
