Old Man and the Sea

The R/V Wecoma research cruise in July has allowed me to come aboard to film research life on the ship. The idea is to capture the human factor about working and living at sea for 10 days. My plan is to film the research processes happening aboard the ship. Each night I will upload a short video blog to show you what we did that day. Should be fun.

Well except for one minor detail, I easily get seasick. Thank goodness Charles told me about the seasickness "patch" you can get from you doctor. It is suppose to help prevent seasickness. You put it on before departure and change it every couple of days. I ordered enough to last two weeks. I'll let you know if they work out.

Now, all I have to do is figure out the details of preparing for the cruise.
