Making Progress

This week I was finally able to compile the SELFE program and then get it to run. It was very exciting because it meant that I could finally start getting my data for the ETM.
Most of my week was spent altering the code to add in the sediment tracer. My days consisted of a lot of copying and pasting line after line of code and then altering it. In the SELFE program, salinity and temperature are kept track of like a tracer so we decided to add in sediment wherever salinity and temperature were present in the code. Hopefully this assumption was correct and I was able to copy everything over correctly. I guess I will find out soon. I am nearly ready to run my program, but have a few files to create for sediment so the program can access them.
