Should we make up some sort of checklist/instruction guide for Chief Scientists? This could include information about data policies, a timeline/checklist for things to take care of (like applying for rad licensing, van use, etc.), as well as things to make sure we keep track of (like the cruise laptop). Also, it might be helpful to include tips (like how best to assign berths and how to keep the crew happy). This might seem like overkill, but I thought it might be useful to have something like this so as to maintain consistency for these cruises since the Chief Scientists will always be changing...
