Week 4

So today was my first day (of five) in Corvallis at the Oregon State University campus. I really have to start by mentioning how beautiful some of this campus is, although to be frank the town isn't all to my liking at first glance.

I first met my staff mentor Yvette a little over a week ago and I am really glad I got to meet her again. This week should be more of my sort of thing since we'll be looking at Yvette's model and figuring out how to get as many parameters in it as possible in addition to learning numeric methods for solving it. Plus I need to get some pizza from American Dream - at the recommendation of Michelle.
