Tenth and Last Week

This week was a hard and sucessful week in my research project, because my mentor and me find results that contribute in a good way to the SATURN-03 endurance station.
The results are that we can extract the bad data and save the good from the Pre-August 2009 data set.

The top picture shows the better job of cleaning the data and shows the results of using different filters in the summer data. The picture at the botton shows a simple way of cleaning the data and shows the results of using the same filter on all data.

The good and bad data of SATURN-03 can be saved and fix it to a good quality.

This picture shows how the cutt off worked in the data. The figure at the top is the original data, the data that I'm started at the beginning on the research. The figure at the botton is the Conductivity Temperature Data after cleaned. Thanks to the cutt offs we can save the data and confidently say, this is a valid data. This method of cleaning the Conductivity Temperature (CT) Data determines when the pump was working. When the CT data is bad, all the biogeochemical sensors at the station were also reporting bad data, this methosd of cleaning is necessary first step in producing quality controlled data sets fos the biogeochemical instruments at SATURN-03 during the Pre-August 2009 period.

I have to thanks to entire CMOP staff for gave me the first experience in one internship, because it is my first time. Now, I have experience, stories and different things to tell to my friends, family, university in my country, Puerto Rico. This is not a good bye, it is a see you soon.
Thanks for everything always!
