Code for Days: A CMOP Experience

06/25/2015 Day 14

Today I worked in… wait for it… R! Yah that was pretty much it. Good times. On the upside all of the graphs I can make in R are supported in Data Explorer. At least for the variables that are in Saturn 03 for Data Explorer. There is one problem with checking for phycoerythrin; there are two sensors that are used to measure it and the one that I have loaded into R is not the same as the one on Data Explorer. This would not be much of a problem but the two sensors measure at different times so I can’t do much quality control. Dr. Peterson is confident in our data luckily and is not insistent about checking with Data Explorer.
